We accept exchanges on orders if you want to change size, colour or choose a different item. Any exchanges must be returned within 5 days, unworn. The garment must be in the same condition for exchanges. All postage is paid by the customer. If the garment has been worn or washed it cannot be exchanged.
We are also happy to give you a credit if you want to return an item for any reason. Garments must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition they were sent. All postage is paid for by the customer.
I recommend adding tracking to your returned parcel, as I will not be responsible for lost parcels.
We check every item very carefully before sending it your way, but please contact me if the item has a defect and I will be happy to work out a solution with you.

All orders in Australia ( except jewellery unless bought with clothes) can be sent with Parcel Post or Express Post!
Parcel Post Delivery should take 4-9 business days and has tracking included.
Express Delivery should take 2-3 business days and has tracking included.
All International orders to the USA are now sent with Faster Standard Airmail which includes tracking! (does not include Jewelry unless bought with clothes)

** Japan and New Zealand**
All International orders to Japan and New Zealand are now sent with Faster Standard Airmail which includes tracking! (does not include Jewelry unless bought with clothes)
International Postage usually takes 8 to 14 business days to the United States and the United Kingdom. It usually takes 10-16 business days to Canada and most other countries. We send with Australia Post which is very reliable.
International Express Shipping can also be arranged please contact us!

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
